Personally, there’s a lot to unpack here but it’s almost all positive from what I can see. Dreaming City drop rates improving will help people earn the Cursebreaker title, something I’m personally after. Last Wish raid drops will increase the changes of getting One Thousand Voices, a weapon I’ve nicknamed the Microwave. Go acquire it to find out why.
