During the February 2019 Nintendo Direct, it was shared that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is getting a major update in Spring. The update is version 3.0 and we'll all have to wait for further details on what will be included in the update.
One thing that we did learn during the February Nintendo Direct is that Joker from Persona 5 will be joining the roster before the end of April. In addition, new Amiibo figures will be produced this year.
