Trials Rising is the latest game in the 2.5D racing series. The game is set to release for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC soon, but Ubisoft decided to surprise fans today with news of dates for the upcoming open beta.

Trials Rising open beta players will have access to global multiplayer alongside a set of features and progression flow. Eighteen tracks, five bikes, twenty-five contracts, and thousands of stickers will be available to check out in the open beta.

The Trials Rising open beta will begin on February 21 and end on February 24. The game will also be available to preload on February 19 ahead of the game's February 26 release date. Players can also unlock the exclusive Turbo Bike Exhaust for the Helium Bike during the open beta. If you unlock the in-game Trials Turbo Bike item during the open beta period, you will be able to keep it if you purchase the game.

Trials Rising follows past iterations of the game franchise like Trials Evolution and Trials Fusion. There was even mobile game Trials Frontier that released in 2014. It is great to see the team at Ubisoft RedLynx back on consoles and PC with this latest version of the game. We chatted with Julius Fondem from RedLynx back at E3 2018 about the game's action, creation, and competition.

Trials Rising open beta will run from February 21-24.

If you are still on the fence about this game, this open beta will provide a great opportunity to take Trials Rising on a test drive before launch. Head over to the official Trials Rising website to find out more information, and sign up for the open beta if you so choose. One important note is that the open beta will not be available for the Nintendo Switch, but does include Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms.
