Following Sunday's Guilty Gear Top 8 at EVO 2018, Arc System Works had a special announcement for anime fighters everywhere. The publisher will be the latest to take its games across the globe with an organized esports circuit with the reveal of the Arcrevo World Tour.

The Arcrevo World Tour is set to kick off this fall and run for a full year, with the doors open to compete in BlazBlue Central Fiction, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, and BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. Arc System Works will look to hold qualifiers at events around the world. These include:

North & Latin America

Europe

Japan

Asia

More qualifiers will be named at a later date. Winners from these qualifiers will compete at Arcrevo America 2019, which will be held in Fall 2019. The final prize pool is set to exceed $100,000.

This is the latest in a growing number of esports circuits across the fighting game world. Most recently, Dragon Ball FighterZ (another fighter that Arc System Works has had its hand in) announced its own Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour.
