Namco Bandai dissolving Namco Tales Studio subsidiary
Namco Bandai has announced that it's absorbing its Namco Tales Studio subsidiary.

2012 will mark the end of a four year hiatus of the Tales of franchise in America. Publisher Namco Bandai Games America has announced that Tales of Abyss will be available on 3DS on February 14, 2012--aka Valentine's Day.
