The brand new, never before released game CIRCUS CONVOY™, designed for the Atari® 2600 by David Crane and Garry Kitchen, is a multi-screen action adventure where gamers play as "Andre the Magnificent", a circus strongman tasked with finding a saboteur among the speeding convoy trucks and sideshow trailers of a traveling Big-Top circus.  The game features a variety of nostalgic mini-games, numerous circus props and dozens of adventure-style puzzles to solve.  Designed with innovative state-of-the-art graphics, CIRCUS CONVOY™ will be available on the Audacity Games Web Portal on Saturday, March 13th and at select retro video game stores this quarter.

“While Garry and I were among the forerunners in the video game industry, and developed software techniques that advanced the state of the art in the 1980s, we did not stop there.” Audacity Games co-founder David Crane said, "With CIRCUS CONVOY™ we have expanded our methods to include things never seen in a game for the Atari® game console.” Co-founder Garry Kitchen added, "We always enjoyed the challenge of squeezing the most game play out of the limited Atari® hardware.  We did it again with CIRCUS CONVOY™ using only hardware available at the time of PITFALL!™ and KEYSTONE KAPERS™.”

Audacity's second game, CASEY’S GOLD™, designed for the Atari® 2600 by Dan Kitchen, is scheduled for release in summer 2021.  Kitchen's game, originally announced in 2018 as GOLD RUSH, features a train conductor named Casey O'Kelly who must search for lost gold bars aboard a runaway western-style steam train.  The game features dozens of unique train cars, numerous animated obstacles and over 50 levels of game play.  When asked about the game, Kitchen said, "CASEY’S GOLD™ originally began in the 1980s as a spiritual successor to Garry Kitchen’s KEYSTONE KAPERS™, but has made giant leaps from my original plans.”
