To honor nominees, Valve, Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony are discounting games nominated for awards on tonight's Game Awards show.

Every game nominated is on sale across the platforms for which it's available. That means you can find Doom for $30 on Steam, PSN, and Xbox One.

Note that some platforms price games differently. Dishonored 2, normally $60, costs $40 on Steam and PSN, but only dropped to $50 on Xbox Live. If you're interested in a game and own more than one platform on which to play it, do a little digging before jumping on the first sale you find.

Likewise, sales end on different days. Steam's and Sony's sales run through December 3, this Saturday; Xbox Live goes until December 4; and Nintendo caps things off on Monday, December 5.

The Game Awards air tonight at 9pm ET / 6pm PT. Producer and host Geoff Keighley announced nominees in November; check out the list to familiarize yourself with the event's categories and prospective winners.
