Microsoft has announced Skate 3 is now available via the Xbox One’s backwards compatibility feature.

Skate 3 has been one of Microsoft’s most requested titles to be added to the Xbox One’s backwards compatibility list. The title has been a fan-favorite for quite some time, which builds on top of its Flickit control scheme by offering more ways to team up with their friends in order to build a skate crew and shape their brand.

The support of Skate 3 on Xbox One comes on the one-year anniversary of the launch of its backwards compatibility feature. To celebrate the occasion, EA and Microsoft have teamed up to offer the San Van Party Pack DLC at no extra cost. The offer is only for a limited time, so be sure to grab it before November 20th.

Those who own a physical copy of Skate 3 can start playing it on their Xbox One right now, although if you need to purchase the game, it's currently on sale on the Xbox Live Marketplace for $9.99 for Gold members.
