Nintendo 2DS gets new colors next month thanks to Luigi's incompetence

Luigi had one job, and because he couldn't do it, we now have two new 2DS colors.

Nintendo has revealed two new 2DS colors just in time for the upcoming holiday season.

The standard Nintendo 2DS handhelds would normally have an overall black color with a splash of color available on the sides accompanied by a line that runs along its rear. The new 2DS handhelds will swap the colors around, making them either red or blue with black highlights.

The new Nintendo 2DS systems were apparently the work of Luigi as he was responsible for watching its factory for a day while Mario handles more important things. While he was watching the 2DS factory, Luigi can be seen entering the wrong code for the 2DS color scheme, which results in complete and utter chaos. Luckily, Luigi’s mix up is our gain as these new color schemes are way better.

Expect the red and blue Nintendo 2DS colors to be available at retailers sometime next month for $79.99.

I kinda want a 2DS but if the NX is mobile it would seem like a poor investment

Why the fuck would you use Luigi to debut a color change and not have Green?

When the hell are they going to unveil the nx?!? If they are really launching in march(I doubt it) you would think the hype train would be in full swing by now.

The pre-hype train is awaiting an OK to enter the station, apparently there's a switching issue. Nintendo has top men working on it.

Just as soon as Nintendo figures out what the hell it is themselves.

According to Miyamoto, they're waiting until the last minute to unveil because they don't want to their ideas to get ripped off.
