Adult Swim Games and Double Fine have announced Headlander will be touching down atop our delicate domes on July 26th on both PC and PlayStation 4.
Headlander is described as a retro-futuristic action-adventure game where the player assumes the role of a head with small rocket boosters attached to it. You’ll need to use your head (pun intended) in order to figure out why you’re the only human left in a world that’s completely dominated by robots.
Headlander gets its inspiration from science fiction films from the 1970s, and considering you’re playing just a head, we suspect the game will offer quite the unique experience when it releases later this month. In the meantime, check out its new trailer below:
