Io Interactive is keeping Agent 47 busy. He's getting a new elusive target tomorrow.

This target is known as the Gunrunner, and the contract goes active at 5 a.m. PDT / 8 a.m. EDT. Players will have 72 hours to dispatch him somewhere within the town of Marrakesh. As with previous elusive targets, minimap markers and Instinct mode will be disabled, and if you fail, you cannot try again.

Players must also have the Marrakesh DLC installed to find the target and eliminate him.
