During their E3 2016 conference, Microsoft's Phil Spencer announced Gears of War 4 would support cross-play between both the Xbox One and PC. 

This is exclusive to Windows 10 users and will be a part of Microsoft's Play Anywhere promotion giving consumers a copy for both PC and Xbox One upon purchase.

Additionally, Microsoft officially unveiled the all-new Xbox One S, a smaller, more powerful version of the Xbox One.
