E3 2016: Microsoft Officially Announces New Xbox One S

After months of rumors and reports, Microsoft has finally unveiled a new Xbox One console.

For several months now, we’ve been hearing reports regarding two new Xbox One consoles Microsoft has had in development. With the Xbox One’s recent drop in price, this lead many to believe these reports were true and that we were just a few days away from hearing about a new Xbox One console.

Today, Microsoft has finally unveiled a new Xbox One.

The Xbox One S is the "smallest Xbox One yet" and will release this August. Honestly, we didn't get a very big look at it just yet other than a quick clip showing off the svelte new system and the fact that the controller will support Bluetooth. With 4K playback and a body that's 40% slimmer than the original, it looks like it's going to be a great investment for Microsoft fans.
