Kojima Productions' new logo holds a secret

The hype train for the Metal Gear creator's next project rolls on as Kojima teases missing details from the logo.

One of the best parts of the Metal Gear Solid series was the marketing hype train that drove it, and Hideo Kojima was a fantastic conductor. Now, the founder of Kojima invites all aboard as he teases missing details from the logo of his company, Kojima Productions.

The tease came during an interview Kojima gave to Famitsu magazine. " I can’t really say yet, but this logo has a secret. It has a full body, a really cool full body. We’re planning on putting out a figure version of it," he said (via IGN).

The logo's missing details could be linked to Kojima's next project, an "edgy" PlayStation game, a joint effort between his company and Sony. Or they might have nothing to do with the project and more to do with the man, myth, and legend himself.

Either way, Kojima's having fun drumming up speculation heading into next month's E3 conference.
