EA and DICE have announced they have collaborated with Scottish  electronic group, CHVRCHES, for an original song for its upcoming game, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst.

The song, called “Warning Call,” is featured at the start and end of the game, as well as one more secret location that can only be found through exploration.

"We were honored to be asked to contribute to the soundtrack for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. The sound of CHVRCHES' music resonates with the minimalist sci-fi dystopia of the Mirror’s Edge world, and we feel that the song complements the drama, emotion and empowering themes of Faith's story,” says Iain Cook from CHVRCHES.

The band was inspired by Mirror’s Edge Catalyst’s city of glass setting and wanted to create a piece of music that matched the otherworldly feeling of the game’s visual aesthetics. Fans of Mirror’s Edge may also catch the game’s main theme played throughout “Warning Call.”

“Warning Call” can be purchased on iTunes or streamed on Spotify starting today.
