Arma 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 free on Steam this weekend
Of course, that is always the best time to do shooters.
If you aren't playing a specific demonic FPS this weekend, then you may want to take advantage of a couple offers on Steam to try two other popular shooters.
Steam is offering Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer and Arma 3 free this weekend (via RPS). Blops 3 has laready started, and as part of the freebie, is offering the regular game at a 40% discount ($35.99), and knocking 25% ($74.99) off the digital deluxe edition. The free weekend and sale end on May 16 at 1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT.
As for Arma 3, there are no times listed for when the free weekend begins or end, but the game sale takes 50% ($19.99) off the retail price.
If you haven't tried either game before, now is your chance to get a little FPS practice.

Due to the free weekend on Arma 3 some mods like Breaking Point are suspending registration to avoid floods of cheaters. I dunno if the free period started already or not but if it hasn't and you want to try anything like this make sure to register early.
