After all the speculation about when the Blood and Wine expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt would be released, CD Projekt has finally given us something official. You can look for the game on May 31.
“Blood and Wine makes The Witcher 3 complete -- it’s Geralt’s final mission," said Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director at CD Projeckt RED. "Containing more than 90 new quests, and over 30 hours of brand new adventures, it’s something that I think gamers will remember for a long time.”
The expansion adds a new region to the game, as well as a new point of interest system, Gwent deck, end-game mutilation mechanics and a new "home" for Geralt. If the expansion hasn't excited you enough before, then maybe a new teaser trailer will:
Preorders have started for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The Limited Edition gets you a Blood and Wine download code, Gwent guide, Nilfgaard Gwent deck, Northern Realms Gwent deck, Gwent tokens and a special Collector’s box
