It's been a few months since we first learned about Pokemon Sun and Moon, but today, we finally have new details, including when it's releasing.

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company have revealed Pokemon Sun and Moon’s three starter Pokemon, its new region, and lots of in-game footage.

In Pokemon Sun and Moon, Pokemon Trainers will once again have to decide between three starter Pokemon before they set off on their grand adventure. Players will need to choose between Rowlet, a grass-and-flying type Pokemon, Litten, a fire-type Pokemon, and Popplio, a water-type Pokemon. The new video shows off the three starter Pokemon in action, although the battle sequences of the three are quite brief.

Pokemon Sun and Moon will introduce a new region to the Pokemon series, called Alola. The region shares many similarities to Hawaii, giving it a more tropical look and feel to any other previous region. The video explores Alola a bit, showing off a portion of the game’s map, a new city area, and a man named Kukui who appears to be Sun and Moon’s version of Professor Oak.

Pokemon Sun and Moon is scheduled to release on the Nintendo 3DS on November 18, 2016.
