Guildings is a mobile fantasy adventure from one of the creators of Threes

Creator Asher Vollmer is driving off into adventure with a whole new gaming studio and a mobile fantasy adventure set to revolve around a magical road trip.

Just a few years after Threes! took the gaming world by surprise, developer Asher Vollmer is now moving on to a whole new game as part of a studio that he created in 2015. To follow-up that move, yesterday, Vollmer unveiled the studio's first official game.

Guildlings is being billed as a "a fantasy adventure in a world of wizards and wifi." Not much is known about the game, other than the game will revolve around four young characters in a contemporary fantasy world taking a road trip in an old car. The adventure is expected to hit mobile devices in 2017.

According to Gamasutra, Sirvo Studios will be comprised of Vollmer, creative director Jamie Antonisse (The Misadventures of PB Winterbottom), artist Ellen Alsop, designer Mackenzie Schubert, 3D artist Kyle Youngblom, and studio president Ryan Sullivan.
