Bethesda Is Opening A New Studio In Montreal

Our neighbor in the north will now have a Bethesda studio of its own.

Bethesda announced today it will be opening a new development studio out of Montreal, Quebec in order to expand its reach in console, PC, and mobile gaming.

The new studio, Bethesda Game Studios Montreal, has already gotten off to a pretty good start with a team of over 430 developers on both console and mobile sides of development. Yves Lachance, industry vet, will be heading up the location as Studio Director.

Obviously this will bring several new opportunities for games jobs and other roles to Montreal, and Bethesda is now hiring for positions in both its Maryland and Montreal locales. Check out openings here to see if you might be a fit for the company that brought us Fallout 4.
