Fire Emblem: Fates coming in February 2016

Nintendo has announced the pricing and availability for Fire Emblem: Fates.

Nintendo announced Fire Emblem Fates will be released on February 19, 2016 and will come across multiple versions.

Fire Emblem Fates will receive two separate versions, Birthright and Conquest, each of which will retail for $29.99. Those who purchase one version of the game will be able to purchase a digital version of the other for the discounted price of $19.99.

A Fire Emblem: Fates Collector’s Edition will also be available for $79.99. The collector’s edition will include all three games, Birthright, Conquest, and Revelation, an art book, and a Nintendo 3DS XL pouch which features art from the game.

Additional maps will be made available for Fire Emblem: Fates as downloadable content, with the first one being made available for free. Six additional maps will also be available for individual purchase or as part of a map pack bundle.

      That last game had so many characters to manage. I mated all the pairs I could to make hybrid kids it was kind of ridiculous.

            not very far tbh. i got to the point where my main character got married/had a baby with Chron, then i returned the game to Gamefly. lol!

        It was so good. Matchmaking everyone got me to care about the characters so the permadeath really, really sucked hard.

        From what I've read, this one has something similar. But also more Japanese fan-service stuff where you pet the characters like in Nintendogs or something. I'm gonna reserve judgement, but it sounds unpleasant.

      Amazon is listing the two versions @ $39.99 each (not the $29.99 mentioned in the article). Might drop before launch.

        CE is sold out for online ordering. :( Not available in-store within 250 miles of San Jose as of right now, at least. Dang.

        Article is wrong, they're $40 each like every other AAA 3DS game. $20 when you buy the other.
