Weekend console download deals: PlayStation Flash Sale, GTA, and more

It's time for another PlayStation Flash Sale, headlined by the recently-released Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. Plus, Grand Theft Auto V is once again on sale, just ahead of the game's latest update.

It's that time again for PlayStation owners. Sony is throwing a massive flash sale for many of its best games. PS4 owners, in particular, may be intrigued by Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, a more recent release that is already going for 60 percent off. Meanwhile, Grand Theft Auto players are looking forward to next week's big Lowriders update, but perhaps there are people out there that do not have GTA 5. If that's the case, the game is once again on sale.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
