Mighty No. 9 release date delayed to Q1 2016

Mighty No. 9 has been hit with yet another delay due to the game still being buggy.

As we reported just a few weeks ago, Mighty No. 9 has officially been delayed to Q1 2016.

Comcept revealed Mighty No. 9’s delay to its backers, which was made public on NeoGAF. The message says the reason for the delay is due to bugs and issues pertaining to the game’s online features that will be included in the game at launch. “These bugs and issues have a direct affect on enjoyment of the game, so a decision was made to work these issues out before release,” the statement reads.

This isn’t the first time Mighty No. 9 was hit with a delay as it was pushed back to a September 2015 release back in April. To hear it’s being delayed yet again, and this time to a quarter instead of a particular month, has us losing faith in the game’s release. Hopefully we won’t be waiting too long to play Mighty No. 9 as we can’t help but be impressed by what we’ve seen of the game so far.

Agree, I am really disappointed its not going to at least look like the concept art which I loved :( its bullshit if you ask me.

Maybe Capcom will make a new 2D HD MegaMan... we can all dream right.

You know what would look INSANE!? a new MegaMan game in Corpses 'N Souls game engine :) , hey Capcom you want to collaborate? I am down 100%

All well at least they are fixing the bugs, so I guess I have to give them credit for that.

i wouldn't even have a problem with the look of the game if the stupid 'ram yourself into the enemy' mechanic wasn't in there. That's a stupid gameplay element and takes a lot of the momentum out of your movement if you have to do it every single time. .
