Watch the full XCOM 2 E3 2015 gameplay demo

XCOM 2 is coming exclusive to PC later this year. To help generate some excitement, here's the full demo from E3 2015.

One of the more intriguing games to emerge in the past month has been the official follow-up to XCOM: Enemy Unknown, titled simply XCOM 2. The game was present at E3, but for those that weren't at the show, the full gameplay demo is now available for all to see.

As the story goes, the Earth is now under alien rule, with the forces of XCOM going underground as a resistance movement. XCOM 2 takes place 20 years after aliens first conquered the planet. Following a brief introduction, the forces of XCOM can be seen engaging in classic squad-based RTS combat. In this instance, they aren't quite going after aliens (at least, not yet), but rather against human security forces.

XCOM 2 is also sporting noticeably more stylized art assets, which can be seen in full in the trailer below. XCOM 2 is coming in November exclusively to PC.
