Ubisoft has announced a new Tom Clancy game, called Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands lets players lead a team of Ghosts on a covert mission to eliminate the Santa Blanca drug cartel. The game's setting takes place in Bolivia and is said to be the most diverse action-adventure open world experience Ubisoft has created to date. Wildlands will have hundreds of villages and well-known landmarks to discover, local legends and various factions and regions to explore. The Ghosts' have upgradeable skills, vehicles, drones, and a wide variety of weapons to use at their disposal.

“With Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, we’re moving the Ghost Recon franchise in a new direction, with a massive, beautiful and living open world that reacts to players’ choices,” said Nouredine Abboud, senior producer at Ubisoft. “Whether going it alone or teaming up with friends in co-op, players in Ghost Recon Wildlands will never encounter the same situation twice, providing amazing possibilities and creative freedom to cultivate very personal stories and experiences with the game.”

Players can play Wildlands either completely solo or by teaming up with up to three friends in co-op play to roam around its very large playground. The game's story, missions, and objectives are completely flexible, as well as how players can approach each of them as they can use either stealth, a few distractions, tactical or frontal assault, or a combination of either one of those styles. Based on your decisions, you'll shape the dynamic and emergent world of Wildlands.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is coming to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
