Ubisoft recently delayed The Division into 2016, but that didn't stop the company from showing off Tom Clancy's The Division at its E3 press conference today.

In today's gameplay demo, we were introduced to the Dark Zone where players work together to survive this dangerous area located in Times Square in New York City. We follow one team who are working together to gain some new loot from a group of enemies, until they meet another squad that happens to already have Dark Zone loot. Instead of fighting against the new squad, our squad works with them to clear the area out, which then allows them to gain the new loot.

Once the new loot was obtained, the new bigger and better squad move onto an extraction point located in Bryant Park. On the way, the squad come by a group of Cleaners, which appears to be large assault-type enemies equipped with flamethrowers. The group decides to move on from attacking them to then move on to the extraction point, but all hell breaks lose when the original squad decides to take down the new group and loot them. But it doesn't end there as a member of the original group turns on their group, and takes the loot all for themselves.

Tom Clancy's The Division will have a beta in early 2016 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in early 2016 and will release on March 8, 2016.
