E3 2015: Crackdown, Quantum Break, and Scalebound won't be at E3

Microsoft has announced that a few of its big exclusives are going to miss E3 this year, and instead be shown at Gamescom in August.

It turns out two Xbox exclusives won't be shown at this year's E3 after all. Both Crackdown and Platinum Games' Scalebound have been put on hold until Gamescom in August.

"We’ve decided to save some of our most eagerly-awaited future titles for gamescom in August," Microsoft said in an announcement. "Rest assured that titles like Crackdown, Quantum Break and Scalebound will be front and center at gamescom along with new game reveals for both Xbox One and Windows 10."

We noticed that both Crackdown and Scalebound have been MIA when looking back at last year's press conference. We've been hoping this year would change that, however. Crackdown made our Most Anticipated from Microsoft list, but this news means we can count it out of the running. We did correctly call Quantum Break's absence, in light of its recent delay.
