The Evil Within final DLC tells The Keeper's horrific story next week

Bethesda has announced the final expansion for The Evil Within that tells the tale of The Keeper.

The Evil Within’s third and final expansion, The Executioner, will be releasing on May 26, Bethesda has announced.

The Executioner challenges players by throwing them into a series of battle arenas as The Keeper. As the Keeper, you’ll fight against a number of iconic villains starting off with his signature hammer, but you’ll soon earn new weapons and upgrades as you progress. The Executioner features first-person melee combat as well as exploration and discovery as players travel through the Manor House of the Victorian Estate to learn the story of the man forced to become The Keeper.

The Executioner will be available for Season Pass owners, but can be purchased individually for $4.99. The Executioner completes The Evil Within’s season pass, which includes the previously-released expansions The Assignment and The Consequence.
