Weekend console download deals: Diablo 3, Batman, and more

April is here and that means new Games with Gold have been rotated in, while PlayStation owners have one last chance to grab March's PlayStation Plus freebies.

It's the beginning of a new month, as indicated by the cavalcade of terrible April Fools jokes that plagued the internet earlier this week. For Xbox One users, that means a whole new batch of Games with Gold have been rotated in. For PlayStation owners, that means this is the latch chance to pick up the March batch of PlayStation Plus freebies before they're rotated out next Tuesday. And for Nintendo users… better luck next time.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

      I picked up BF:H I'm not very impressed with it so far. It feels like it should have been a big DLC pack or something instead of a full game. Reminds me a bit of CS. I would have rather seen them go back to 1942 instead of this.
