April Fool's Day Nintendo Direct will focus on 3DS and Wii U games

A new Nintendo Direct will be airing on April Fool's Day, but Nintendo assures us this presentation is "no joke."

A new Nintendo Direct will air tomorrow, April 1, at 3pm PT / 6pm ET, Nintendo has announced today.

Tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct will provide updates for upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games with a short Nintendo Treehouse presentation taking place afterwards that will feature on of Nintendo’s upcoming spring 2015 titles. If we had to guess, we’d say it’d probably be more Xenoblade Chronicles 3D considering it’ll be releasing next week. We just hope it isn't a session on Puzzle & Dragons Z / Super Mario Bros. Edition.

Nintendo also notes the date of the Nintendo Direct does fall on April Fool’s, although they assure us this Nintendo Direct “is no joke.” We’ll just have to wait and see, but it better not be.

Please announced a release date for Yoshi's Wooly World. And show us Starfox. And show us Miyamoto's new games. The only one I consider likely though is Wooly World announcement.

This is when Nintendo will announce a reworked intuitive online infrastructure and interface for playing games online with friends, and also the introduction of cross buy across all consoles for virtual console games.

      HAHA April fools!
