Those that missed out on expert sniper Karl Fairburne's latest mission are getting an opportunity to catch up, thanks to a new compilation from developer Rebellion and publisher 505 Games. Sniper Elite 3: Ultimate Edition has been announced for Xbox and PlayStation consoles and will include the full adventure, as well as most of the game's DLC content.

For those that need a refresher, Sniper Elite 3 follows American sniper Karl Fairburne prior to his missions in Europe. This time, he takes on Nazi forces in North Africa, as he aims to take out Germany's Afrika Korps and SS Special Forces. The series' X-Ray shots make their return with even more brutal detail and extend further out, allowing players to watch their shots penetrate human tissue, as well as vehicle interiors.

The package will also include all three parts of the Save Churchill DLC, which sees Fairburne stepping in to stop the assassination of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Six weapons pack, six DLC multiplayer maps, and three multiplayer game modes will round out the compilation.

The Sniper Elite 3: Ultimate Collection arrives on March 10 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
