Splatoon trailer debuts single-player campaign

Today's Nintendo Direct concluded with a first look at the single-player campaign for the upcoming paintball-fest Splatoon.

Nintendo concluded today's Nintendo Direct presentation by offering a new look at their upcoming paintball-fest, Splatoon.

The newest trailer offers a glimpse at some of the brightly-colored antagonists that will fill the game's single-player campaign. It also shows off many of the paint-based abilities and obstacles that can be found throughout the game. Some of those include being able to sink into same-colored paint.

Splatoon has been given a projected release window of Q2 2015 for Wii U. Check out the trailer below for a first look at the game's campaign.
