Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes hits PC on December 18

Konami has a Christmas present for Metal Gear Solid fans on PC. The publisher has issued a release date for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. It'll hit Steam on December 18.

Ground Zeroes is the prequel chapter to the full MGS5 installment, The Phantom Pain. It illustrates the mission that leads to Snake going into his nine-year coma and offers a taste of the MGS series' foray into an open world landscape.

For more on Ground Zeroes, you can check out our original review from earlier this year. A price was not given, but expect it to be comparable to the current $29.99 price tag that's currently on the next-gen versions.
