Super Smash Bros. has made its long-awaited debut on the Nintendo 3DS. The handheld fighter is finally on North American shelves, with many digital shoppers already picking it up from the 3DS eShop. Our review has been up for about a week, but there's still more that needs to be said about the series' jump to Nintendo's handheld.

With that said, Andrew picks up the Shacknews hotline and reaches out to yours truly to discuss the finer points of Smash Bros., the controls, the online play, and who we're currently busting heads with. Check out the full interview below.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I got to say, I was playing online for hours lag free, and then one guy with a slow connection joined and caused Smash to crawl; but overall, Nintendo's online solution for Smash works and it works really well.
