Details on Titanfall's next DLC pack coming next week at Gamescom

Expect more map announcements, and maybe a few surprises.

Electronic Arts is more than ready for next week's Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany, and one of its biggest weapons will be none other than Titanfall, the hit multiplayer shooter for PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

EA has confirmed that Respawn Entertainment will reveal first details for the forthcoming third pack of downloadable content for the game next week at the event, although those that aren't attending the show live will be able to catch them online at the EA Gamescom page.

The announcement should include several new maps, as well as the possibility of new weapons and maybe even a new Titan. Why not? Gamescom seems like the ideal place for it.

Titanfall is available now.

Man my excitement for this game fizzled out so very fast. Probably the game I regret buying the most in recent times. Well, other than Wildstar.

Couldn't agree more, loved the game for a solid two weeks, now I can't find any reason to go back to it

Has the post expansion cheating influx passed? After the last patch I saw a guy who was AFK getting kills with his aimbot, and played against multiple groups whose ping would go from about 50ms to 500+ms anytime they got near an enemy.

These guys must just sit on these cheats until they can do maximum griefing.

Same problem here, but the SLI scaling isn't that great for the game at the moment. 3d vision drags it down to under 30fps even if you disable it in game so you need to use 3rd party software to enable lightboost.

Stuttering is non existent with latest patch though, and it's nice not having to turn off SLI to play the game.
