Tarsier Studios, the developer of the Vita version of LittleBigPlanet, has announced its next game: Hunger. The 3D action-adventure game stars a nine-year-old girl named Six (as opposed to a six-year-old girl named Nine) who is kidnapped and forced to work in an underwater resort called the Maw. Platforms have not been formally announced, but a representative of Tarsier said on the studio blog that the game is currently aimed at PlayStation 4. The announcement follows an injection of funds from the Nordic Game Group to kickstart the project. Check out some of the concept art below.

LBP for vita was an original game not a port and they did a really good job with it too!

Yes but surely they just took the engine + tools and ported to the vita, and made their own levels, right?

The premise reminds me of Spirited Away

What the fuck was the point of the video? You just had a bunch of footage of LBP2 with like one screenshot from THIS game, and basically just read the article over that footage.

If you're going to have a video, try a little harder to make it worth watching - otherwise just stick with the article.
