Surprise! Wii U is getting an exclusive game later this year. Curve Studios has announced Stealth Inc 2 is coming to Wii U. The sequel plans on taking advantage of the GamePad by introducing co-op play via touch screen.

It's an odd change of platform, given that the original game (and subsequent "deluxe" version) appeared on PC and PS3 and managed to be downloaded over a million times across those two platforms.

Like the original game, Stealth Inc 2 will have players jumping through trap-filled test chambers of PTi industries. However, the sequel will offer a more open world design, letting players explore the full facility--not just the test chambers. The sequel will also introduce new equipment as players attempt to save fellow clones from human experimentation.

"We've relished revisiting the world of Stealth Inc. It's given us the chance to really fine tune the Stealth Inc experience, while also hugely expanding it with the addition of a larger explorable game world, and a more involved narrative," game director Jonathan Biddle said in the announcement.

Here's a look at the original game:

      Exclusive = 47 (33 at retail, 14 download-only)
      Console exclusive and/or timed = 26 (2 at retail, 24 download-only)
      Multiplatform = 140 (79 at retail, 60 download-only)"

        Really? I had no idea it was that many. I gave the WiiU a lot of grief but we are having a real good time with ours. Plus I've been able to get some of the launch games very cheap. Can't friggin' wait for MK8.

          It's like they took everything I loved about Trackmania and added it to Mario Kart
