Ubisoft Montreal hasn't been shy about showing off the gorgeous artwork for the upcoming Child of Light. To put a cap on that idea, the developer has released a new trailer for their upcoming turn-based RPG that takes a tour through the game's vibrant world of Lemuria.

Lemuria is shown as a complete fairy tale world, complete with lush forest area, quiet village, and vast underground caverns. The environments are punctuated by the game's UbiArt engine, giving each area a Rayman-like shine.

Take a tour through the magical world of Lemuria by watching the trailer below. Child of Light arrives on PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on April 30.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I was going to buy this for PC until I read that only PS3/PS4 was getting the Golem Pack pre-order bonus The Golem Pack has a cool side quest to earn your companion. PC bonus is just a costume thing. I think I'll wait for it to go on sale unless Ubisoft does something cool at the last minute.
