If you're the type of player that digs mining games, then XGen Studios has some good news. The developer has released their space mining game, Super Motherload, on PC today, nearly six months after originally releasing it on PS3 and PS4.

Super Motherload puts players in an alternate Cold War era, in which one to four players are sent to Mars to excavate the red planet. Players will make decisions that affect their story, while exploring a procedurally-generated world.

Super Motherload originally released on Steam Early Access in February. The updated final version includes 50 new puzzles, Steam achievements and trading cards, custom key-binding, and various bug fixes.

Super Motherload is available now on Steam, as well as PlayStation Network as a cross-buy title for PS4 and PS3.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
