Nearly a year after their initial announcement, Sony has confirmed that both Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom for PlayStation 3 and Invizimals: The Alliance for Vita are coming to North America. Though both have been out in Europe since October, Sony has only given a vague time frame of "later this year" for our shores.

The announcement on the PlayStation Blog also mentioned on various other Invizimals tie-ins that have been successful in Europe. Those include a trading card game for iOS, Android, PSP, and Vita, a toy line from IMC Toys, and an animated TV series with connectivity to Vita and smartphones. The blog doesn't explicitly promise that all of those will make it to our shores, but it made a point of highlighting them so that would certainly make sense.
