The Shacknews Chatty community continues to archive sessions of their favorite games across the large number of Shacknews Twitch channels and many of them have proven vastly entertaining to watch. And so we return with the second week of Chatty Twitch Highlights, featuring wonderfully over-the-top 80's action, virtual reality heart surgery, and a trip to Disneyland.

Here's a compilation of some of the best Shacknews Twitch highlights for the week of January 25, 2014.

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon

Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is a stylistic look back at everything wonderfully cheesy about 80's action movies. And the game undoubtedly peaks with the arrival of the neon-colored blood dragons. dael shows off one of the game's more climactic scenes, not only surviving the onslaught of a blood dragon, but also escaping in true 80's action movie style.

Surgeon Simulator 2013

It's only appropriate that a user named sergeon would don some scrubs and dive into Surgeon Simulator 2013. Attempting to perform a heart transplant on board a moving ambulance sounds hard enough as it is, but sergeon goes the extra mile by playing this level with the Oculus Rift VR headset and the Razer Hydra motion controller. Medical malpractice has never been so much fun!

Left 4 Dead 2

I'm technically dipping into last week's highlights here, but this was too good not to mention. CoreContingency tests out his Nvidia Shadowplay setup with Left 4 Dead 2, trying out one of the game's cooler mods in the process. Watch as he attempts to survive a zombie onslaught within the confines of Disneyland's Indiana Jones Adventure ride. It's a remarkably accurate re-creation of one of the park's coolest attractions, which you can download here. Watch out for the giant boulder, Indy!

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I'd like to reassure everyone that I don't harm my real life patients :)

Also, I think the hydra controls make the surgery more difficult than the ambulance itself!

That's why the karaoke place is byob, the prescription to bad back street boys songs is more booze
