Valve is wishing everyone a Merry Christmas with a free copy of Left 4 Dead 2!

Valve is wishing players everywhere a Happy Holidays by offering a special gift. Steam owners can pick up and install a free copy of Left 4 Dead 2 from now through 10am PST on Thursday, December 26, at which point it will return to its regular price.

  This is awesome. L4D series is fun and great, but this FREE present edition makes it a no brainer. I've been texting everyone today just to log in to Steam and get it for free if they haven't already got it.

        Whenever the Valve franchise pack goes on sale, it's always in the top 10. I'm always amazed by that too.

  Now my younger brother, who plays this game incessantly, and nothing else barely, is griping because there are all these noobs jumping into the VS. multi-player mode who "don't know what they're doing."
  
  LOL...I just told him to be grateful for fresh blood and renewed investment into the community and quit griping. Geez.

  Man, I JUST bought the L4D2 4-pack on sale a month ago. Thought I got a good price, but apparently it wasn't because it was MORE THAN ZERO DOLLARS.
