Dying Light trailer shows 10 minutes of gameplay

Dying Light may be yet another open-world zombie game from Techland, but the Dead Island creator seems to be trying something a little different this time. Rather than simply mowing down hordes of zombies, players will be more inclined to run away and dodge the corpses, using fancy parkour skills, as a new 10-minute gameplay trailer demonstrates.

The mission shown in the trailer seems to be from rather early in the game, explaining basics like distracting zombies with firecrackers, triggering traps, running away from hordes rather than fighting, and trying real hard to be somewhere safe before nightfall.

Dying Light is due in 2014 on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PS3.

I find this game has too much motion. It's not going to be a good experience for people that get motion sickness at shaky movies. I played this at PAX and I can tell you it had my head swimming after a 10 minute demo. The lighting effects along with the abrupt head movements did not make me want to continue much more than very short bursts of play.

Mirror's Edge was much cleaner as you weren't being tossed around anywhere near as much.
