Telltale Games may be working on a game based on George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, the inspiration behind HBO's wildly successful Game of Thrones. IGN has reportedly received a tip from "multiple sources" that the developer best known for The Walking Dead is working on some kind of game based on the fantasy series.

"We get these sorts of rumors about what we could be working on next cropping up all the time. Officially we have no comment," a rep told IGN in response. The company does have a good track record of working on licensed properties, however. They've also worked on games based on Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, and most recently, Fables.

I still think they should do a Zork game. Or Planetfall.

I don't think they would be right for a Zork game. They were never heavy on interaction with other characters and story interactivity and those are the two things that Telltale does best.

I would still like to see both franchises make a comeback though. I just don't know how.

Wouldn't all characters end up dead anyway regardless of your choices?

Seems to me the Dunk & Egg storyline may make more sense, being that it's set before the main books.

Slightly, very slightly interested. I think I would prefer More Wolf Amogts Us and maybe something new. Hey How about some NEW IP, maybe Sci-Fi? Just putting it out there.
