For a brand new IP, Titanfall has done a great job amassing buzz. Perhaps people are fans of giant robots? Respawn Entertainment's new franchise is so hot that it already has licensed merchandise in the works. Today, K'NEX announced a line of building sets based on the upcoming shooter.

"Titanfall Building Sets from K'NEX will bring the exciting worlds to life in a new way,” K'NEX CEO Michael Araten said in the press release. "Gamers and builders of all ages will have the opportunity to build the Titanfall Frontier right in their own homes. I can't wait to see how fans will take their digital game skills and use them in the real world!"

Notably, it will be the only way PlayStation gamers will be able to get their hands on Titanfall. Sets will include characters from Titanfall such as Pilots, Titans, and Spectres.

The most impressive thing about this news is that K'NEX still exist.

would have been better if it was Lego, of course, but at least it's not that dreadful Kreo garbage. megabloks may have been a better fit, though. they've done some neat stuff with Halo and WoW and their figures look cooler. oh well.

Yeah, Optimus and Jazz are mostly what I focus on, can't even bring myself to buy a single one. The minis are kinda cute. Kinda.

K'NEX had some decent BattleMechs back when MechWarrior 4 was new.

it would be cool if you could control your K'NEX with the xbone's Kinect because they'd you actually have some use for the kinect other than as a source of continual frustration

Um, unless they own a PC...
