We really liked Sid Meier's Ace Patrol. But alas, it was exclusive to iOS. That changes today with a brand new PC port.

Available later today, the PC version transforms the free-to-play mobile game into a "premium" title--one that includes all the add-on content of the mobile game plus a "beefed up" version of the in-game encyclopedia. The PC version will go for $9.99.

"The overwhelmingly positive response from both fans and media alike surrounding the launch of Sid Meier’s Ace Patrol has made it impossible to ignore the title’s potential," 2K marketing VP Sarah Anderson said in the announcement. "2K is honored to be a partner to such an incredible game designer, and excited to see his latest project now grow beyond an iOS exclusive title and become a fun and innovative entertainment experience for both online and mobile gamers everywhere."
