CryEngine-powered sports game Snow getting alpha release this year on PC

Snow, the open-world CryEngine 3 winter sports game, is getting an alpha release later this year.

The CryEngine 3 downhill winter sports game Snow will get an alpha release later this year, according to developer Poppermost Productions. First revealed in 2011, the alpha release will include skiing. Snowboarding will be added once skiing is completed.

Polygon reports that the alpha will be PC-only. Check out a trailer from April below.

      Looks good, but that trailer is short. Hopefully it's more realistic like 1080 for the N64. I hated the new SSX.

      I hope its like the first SSX but with open world. Cause I loved the first one.
