Being stuck on an ice world can be a lonely existence. You might even end up talking to yourself. Lost Planet 3's Jim Peyton apparently doesn't have too many people to talk to, and a new trailer has him explaining to no one in particular why he's fighting for his life.

The trailer, aptly called "Monologue," shows off plenty of the planet E.D.N. III, as well as some of the nasties out to end Peyton's life. The game, which is coming out on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, has been delayed until August 27 for "business reasons," according to Capcom.

2 had an amazingly bad story and plot but it was a really good co-op game.

It was - co-op was the only reason why I've played through the second game a number of times. The combination of mech and ground action made for some really awesome gameplay between players.

Disappointed that this one won't have proper campaign co-op, but I'm still interested in checking it out.
