Square Enix shocked E3 audiences by revealing that Final Fantasy Versus XIII has not died. In fact, it's now Final Fantasy XV. The long-in-development action game from Tetsuya Nomura's Kingdom Hearts team will be available on PS4.
The lengthy trailer which debuted at Sony's E3 press conference showed off a mix of pre-rendered CG scenes, some familiar and some new. It also showed off a realtime battle system--with cover mechanics, to boot.
We'll undoubtedly have more on FF15, but for now, watch:

Whatever. I'm probably never playing another FF again after 12. It was OK in sections but you could see that Square is running out of ideas.
