Telltale's The Wolf Among Us revealed in first screenshots

Telltale had a good crack at a comic book art style in The Walking Dead but oh my, it looks even better in The Wolf Among Us. Telltale has dropped the first screens from its episodic adventure game prequel to Bill Willingham's fabulous comic Fables, showing the grimy New York setting, along with details on how it continues to delight in dropping difficult decisions.

Telltale has dropped the first screens from its episodic adventure game prequel to Bill Willingham's fabulous comic Fables, showing the grimy New York setting, along with details on how it continues to delight in dropping difficult decisions. Fables brings a bunch of characters from myth, fairytale and legend into our world, escaping from a war. Of course, talking animals and giants and witches and whatnot are not wholly inconspicuous, so the Fabletown neighbourhood is policed by The Big Bad Wolf. Bigby, in human form, will investigate crimes and keep the Fables in check, but it's never easy, is it? How Bigby goes about keeping the peace, and how he exercises his power, will effect his relationship with other characters, most notably love interest Snow White, a Game Informer preview explains. Like in TWD, actions have unexpected consequences, and in The Wolf Among Us absence can too, as you choose where to go and events may unfold while you're off elsewhere. "To experience [the story] from a lot of different perspectives [and] to see what's happening everywhere, all the time, you're going to have to play the game multiple times, which is something we didn't do in The Walking Dead," Telltale president Kevin Bruner told the magazine. The Wolf Among Us begins this summer on PC, Mac, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as a downloadable release. Telltale teases that it has more platforms to announce still.

Biff!

Holy shit, so it's going to be like The Last Express where multiple things are happening at once? That's cool. Plus the game looks fantastic too.

looks neat. hope the different playthrough stuff doesn't mean you have to play through identical filler sections though. I'm looking at you The Cave.
